Organisational and Social Work Environment Introduction is a digital course aimed at managers, safety representatives and employees who want to familiarise themselves with the rules on the organisational and social work environment.
When you are doing the course, you can choose whether you want to view the content in English or Swedish.
The amount of time it takes to complete the course will depend on the individual, but you should set aside at least one hour for it. You can take a break at any time and you can also go back to an earlier section if you want to repeat anything.
Course objectives
The course aims to provide a better understanding of the organisational and social work environment.
After the course, the participant will:
- have knowledge of organisational and social matters relating to the work environment;
- have an understanding of how these issues can be integrated into systematic work environment management;
- have knowledge of the requirements in the provisions.

The course is aimed at everyone who works – managers, safety representatives and employees in all organisations, regardless of their activities and size.
Scope
The course consists of ten sections and five quizzes. It takes about 60 minutes to complete. You can take a break or return to an earlier section to repeat something at any time. Once you have completed the course, you will receive a course certificate.
